How to install in Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature for Google Mail above.
  2. In Gmail, click the cog (top right) → See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
  4. Name it (e.g. "DT 2026"), then paste into the signature box.
  5. Under Signature defaults, set it for new emails and replies/forwards.
  6. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
How to install in HubSpot
  1. Click Copy HTML for HubSpot above.
  2. In HubSpot: profile picture → Profile & Preferences → General → Email tab → Manage email signatures.
  3. Switch to the HTML tab and paste.
  4. Save.
